We Price by Outcomes, Not Hours
Most agencies sell hours. They bill you for the time it takes to write a brief, translate a tagline, or build a report — regardless of whether the work moved your business forward.
We do not do that. We price by what we deliver, by how long we stay with you, and by whether the results justify the spend.
Three questions determine your pricing:
- What are we building? (A seeding campaign? An exhibition? A full cross-border strategy?)
- How long is the commitment? (A one-off project? A 12-month retainer? A performance partnership?)
- What does success look like, and how do we measure it?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we answer these three questions. We do not publish a rate card with one-size-fits-all numbers because your situation is not one-size-fits-all.
Three Engagement Models
1. Project-Based
For clearly defined, one-time deliverables: a Xiaohongshu seeding campaign, a trade show execution, an ICP filing, a localised website build, a brand film.
You get a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a fixed timeline. What you see is what you pay. No hourly top-ups, no scope creep, no padding.
2. Retainer
For ongoing, evolving needs: monthly digital marketing across two or three markets, continuous KOC and KOL management, a quarterly exhibition calendar, or a persistent cross-border strategy that compounds over time.
Retainers are where the real returns happen. The longer we work together, the deeper we understand your brand, your customers, and what actually moves them. Month three is always better than month one because we stop guessing and start knowing.
3. Performance-Based
For growth-stage brands with clear, measurable metrics: we structure fees around actual business outcomes — qualified leads generated, conversions achieved, revenue attributed to our campaigns.
This is not vanity-metric pricing. We do not charge for impressions, engagement rate, or reach. We charge for conversions that show up in your CRM and revenue that shows up in your accounts.
Starter Ranges
We do not publish exact pricing because every engagement is bespoke. But these ranges tell you if we are talking the same language:
- Single market digital campaign (Vietnam, Hong Kong, or China): from US$5,000 per month for ongoing management
- Cross-border campaign (two markets): from US$9,000 per month, coordinated across teams
- All three markets: from US$15,000 per month with unified strategy and reporting
- Exhibition execution (single show): from US$8,000 including booth design, staffing, lead capture, and post-show follow-up
- Xiaohongshu seeding campaign: from US$12,000 for a three-month managed seeding programme
- ICP filing + localised website: from US$6,000 one-time
