Alot Design was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: Hong Kong SMEs deserve agency-grade creative without the agency overhead. We have been based in Hong Kong ever since. Same team. Same standard.
We started as a design studio doing brand identity and print. Clients kept asking for more: "Can you build the website?" "Can you run our ads?" "Can you shoot a video?" So we built the capability. Today we run full digital marketing campaigns from the same studio where we designed our first logo.
We are not a network of freelancers. We are not a holding company with an office in every city. We are a single team of designers, strategists, and developers who work together in one place. That is why our projects move fast and stay coherent.

We keep the team lean on purpose. Everyone here does real work. No pure account managers. No creative directors who only review decks.
Brand, web, UI, and motion. They design what you see and what your customers click.
They plan the campaigns, write the briefs, and optimise the ads. They speak numbers and creative in the same conversation.
Front-end and back-end. They build the sites, the tools, and the integrations that make campaigns work end to end.
They run shoots, manage timelines, and make sure what we promise is what we deliver.
We hire for range, not rank. The person who designs your logo probably also writes your ad copy. The developer who built your site probably also set up your remarketing pixel. That is the advantage of a small team.
We build tools. Then we use them.
Most agencies rent software. We build it. When we needed a better way to manage client projects, we built our own CRM. When we needed faster invoicing, we built an invoicing tool. When we needed to track campaign performance, we built dashboards.
This matters because it changes how we think. We do not just recommend solutions. We understand what it takes to build them. We know where the friction is. We know what "simple" actually costs.

We built aloott because we were tired of CRMs built for Silicon Valley that do not understand Hong Kong business. aloott handles bilingual quotations, FPS QR payments, multi-currency invoicing, and profit and loss reporting. We use it every day. So do our clients.
