Do you work with clients outside Hong Kong?
Our focus is Hong Kong SMEs. We occasionally take projects from mainland China and Southeast Asia if the brief is a strong fit. We do not work with clients we cannot meet in person at least once.
What is your minimum project size?
We do not have a strict minimum, but our typical engagement starts at HK$30,000 for a defined scope. Retainer arrangements start at HK$15,000 per month.
How long does a typical project take?
A brand identity takes 4–6 weeks. A website takes 6–10 weeks. A digital marketing campaign can launch within 2 weeks if assets are ready. We will give you a specific timeline in our proposal.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Most of our clients stay with us on a monthly retainer for marketing management, content production, and site maintenance. We design our retainer scope around what you actually need, not a fixed package.
Can I visit your studio before committing?
Yes. We encourage it. Come to our studio, see where we work, and meet the team. No obligation.
